Massage & Bodywork:
I travel to you! All sessions are done on an out-call basis to your home. Sessions are tailored to fit your body's needs. My first consideration is your comfort. Please let me know how your body is feeling and help me find the depth of pressure you prefer, whether it be deep tissue or something lighter. Your input is encouraged so I can provide you the therapy your body needs!
Please note there is a 90 minute minimum for a single appointment.
Additional 60 minute appointments may be booked or multiple 60 minute appointments may be booked.

The result: AIS can help your hurting body, and you'll learn to how to help yourself.

PEMF Therapy
Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field(PEMF):
This non-invasive and relaxing treatment reduces pain, swelling, inflammation and irritation and stimulates endorphins, serotonin, and the body‘s natural healing processes.
It’s an effective treatment for strains, sprains and breaks; stress, pain and inflammation; spasms and knots; bruises and contusions; blisters and hematomas; swelling and tears. .
Sessions are up to 15 minutes in length and have an accumulative affect. Multiple treatments in short sessions may be beneficial and recommended for maximum results.

As a Lowcountry native, I love taking advantage of all this beautiful area has to offer. When not helping clients, I enjoy fishing, shooting sports, exploring roads less traveled and spending quality time with the people I love. Fitness is an important part of my daily life; helping me maintain my health and strength in order to better care for my clients.
I have provided Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in the Lowcountry since 1991. Massage gives me a chance to connect with people and make a real difference in their lives by helping them feel better and maintain their physical bodies.
I live and work in Mount Pleasant, the bustling suburb that shares the Copper River and Charleston Harbor with beautiful historic Charleston, South Carolina.
